Twenty-five years after launching his own accounting firm, Dan Gatto remains actively involved as the group's senior tax specialist. Dan concentrates his expertise on real estate taxation, estate planning, trust administration, flow-through entities and related services. He also works with many high-net-worth clients, advising and guiding them on wealth-accumulation management.
His broad-based experience in all facets of public accounting includes income tax examinations, as well as business planning and analysis, establishing complex accounting procedures and controls, assisting with business purchase and sale, and teaching real estate taxation at the University of San Diego.
Committed to giving back to his community, Dan serves on the finance committee for the San Diego Community Foundation, on the board of directors for the UCSD Cancer Center and with the University of San Diego Family Business Forum.
