- Represented Kinetikos Medical, Inc., a medical device company, in its acquisition by Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ) for approximately $40 million plus future payments based on performance of the company after acquisition
- Represented the principal and management shareholders in the sale of stock of a bio-research firm with multi-state facilities to a public company for a potential performance-based purchase price/compensation package of $39 million
- Represented the majority shareholder in the sale of a power electronics firm to a public company for a partial earn-out purchase price up to $13 million
- Represented a Nevada bio-research company in the acquisition of a San Diego based bio-research company
- Represented seller of assets of a building supply company, including real property, for $23 million purchase price
- Represented Native American Indian tribe in $77 million transaction to purchase management companies and related contracts
