With over twenty years of experience in the financial services sector, Kathryn has worked with financial advisors, RIAs, and Broker Dealers to assist with transitions, continuity and succession planning.

Kathryn is a Director at Gladstone Associates, an investment bank in Philadelphia and is establishing a West Coast presence for the firm.  Prior to Gladstone, Kathryn managed the Transition team at LPL Financial.  At the Broker Dealer Secure Planning, Inc. in NH, Kathryn was Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for their RIA.

Community Service has included development and event planning at Global Citizens Circle, The Music Hall and the Mount Holyoke Alumnae Club of NH.  In Portsmouth NH she was on the Mayor’s Blue Ribbon Committee on Arts and Culture.

She is currently a member of Ellevate, Strategic Trusted Advisor Roundtable and The Center for Wealth and Legacy.

Kathryn attended Mount Holyoke College.  She received her BA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst (1990).  She is working toward her Certified Business Exit Consultant certification.
